Noo EyewearTM Company Policy:

Origins:
Noo EyewearTM is a family owned and managed company. Our Managing Director Eitan Levy is a qualified Optometrist and worked in a thriving optical outlet as both a dispenser and Optometrist for 10 years. This background is integral to our success as a company offering a unique perspective into Optometry; with an understanding of both Optometrist and Customer needs, concerns and preferences.

Our dedicated team; comprising of a helpful customer service department, sales and marketing specialist a product designer, work together to produce frames that meet the requirements of optometrists and patients at all times.

Customer Service:
Noo EyewearTM is committed to providing all customers with superior customer service whether it is before, during or after sales. We endeavor to provide a standard of service, which is second to none. Our emphasis, apart from providing beautiful, innovative and quality eyewear, is to provide our customers with the highest standard of service at all times.

Representatives:
Noo EyewearTM has representatives located in all states of Australia. They are committed to providing a professional and valuable service to their customers. All our representatives utilize their experience gained through Optical Dispensing, Optometry, Practice Management or similar.

Frame Swapping:
There is no benefit for anyone if a client cannot sell certain frames. We readily accept frames back in place of models or colours better suited to that particular store. We also encourage customers to order “On Approval” to aid them in finding frames for their patients. Any frames ordered on approval will be accepted back, no questions asked. Noo Eyewear is interested in maintaining a long-term relationship with our customers and therefore encourages stores to replenish or refresh their stock at any time.

Spare Parts Service:
Noo EyewearTM is committed to providing support to all customers before, during and after a sale. We aim to be efficient, courteous and helpful and we hope that our customers will enjoy working with us in providing a high standard of eyewear solutions.

The Noo EyewearTM after sales support incorporates a commitment to provide spare parts for our frames. Most spare parts will be made available immediately, in rare cases a delay of a week might be necessary during which time the part will be ordered in from overseas. In any case where the part is urgent and there is a delay we will endeavor to provide a loan frame for the patient.

Payment Terms:
Our standard payment terms are 30 days. Credit card payments are available providing the payment is received within the 30-day period. Account payments should all be directed to Noo Eyewear’sTM account department.
